ABOUT YOUR COACH
Holly Harding is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Through her studies in over 100 dietary theories, body classification methods like Ayurveda and genetics as well as yoga philosophy, she developed The H Lyfe Method®.
Holly makes eating healthy easy and fun without having it control your life. Helping clients create an overall healthy lifestyle that’s conducive to eating healthy is her passion.
RUN WITH IT PLAN
