Core Principles of The H Lyfe Method®

Everyone’s body is different and in turn, digests food differently. Depending on the results of your individual evaluation, we may recommend eliminating or adding certain foods. These core principles however are universal for all body types and create the foundation of each H Lyfe Method® plan:

An 80/20 plant-based diet. (80% plants) The 20% depends on your unique personal indicators as to whether animal food makes sense.

I believe that food can change your life. Literally, every part of it! When you eat foods that are nutrient rich and conducive to what your individual body is designed to digest, you’ll begin to feel incredible, you’ll lose weight, your skin will glow and you’ll have the energy to live an amazing life, an H Lyfe! You’ll be better equipped to handle challenges and you’ll have better relationships with everyone around you when you are feeling good inside and out.

Session 1: A one hour, one on one, informative crash course on the basics of nutrition and the H Lyfe approach. Here we will also review your health history and indicators to create your specific H Lyfe Method health plan.

Session 2: Here we’ll go over your specific plan that includes:

She designed a life she loved

Living the H Lyfe for me, “Holly Hamilton Harding”, means living a healthy, holistic lifestyle here in Hilo, Hawaii. Practicing Ashtanga yoga and using “Ha” the Hawaiian word for “Breath of Life” and surfing “Hawewe” or waves inspires me to be grateful and also live life to the fullest. So you see, for me, the letter H is present in nearly every aspect of my life……. but it’s not really the letter H right? It’s the concept of identifying your formula for what makes you happy and healthy.
I’m a blood type A-, predominantly pitta dosha, with a Scorpio Sun and a fiery Sagittarius moon. I’m also an Alchemist archetype and what I would call a “recovering perfectionist” type, which is innately ingrained not only my genetic make-up but also by my upbringing. Knowing these innate characteristics has helped me achieve my ideal weight, health and balance. Through The H Lyfe Method® I help clients work with these innate characteristics to achieve their own sense of health and balance, which may in fact be quite different from my own. That’s what’s so cool about The H Lyfe Method®. The more you learn about yourself, the more you can learn about others. It’s fascinating information that is revealed and what is revealed can be healed!

Through examining all areas that feed your soul, which include: your fuel (food), relationships with others, relationship with yourself, your spirituality (I don’t mean religion here), your physical movement, your innate disposition, exercise practices and your work/career, THE H LYFE METHOD® will help you “help yourself” to improve upon or create your own unique version of a healthy, fulfilled H Lyfe.
