Core Principles of The H Lyfe Method®
Everyone’s body is different and in turn, digests food differently. Depending on the results of your individual evaluation, we may recommend eliminating or adding certain foods. These core principles however are universal for all body types and create the foundation of each H Lyfe Method® plan:
Relationships, career, spirituality and physical movement contribute to your overall health as much as actual food
There is beauty in our differences -our own personal growth and progress should only be compared to where we were yesterday
Nutrient rich foods from nature give us the gift of clear, glowing, ageless skin
Organic is ideal
Trans fats, seed oils and highly processed food should be avoided
An 80/20 plant-based diet. (80% plants) The 20% depends on your unique personal indicators as to whether animal food makes sense.
Adequate sleep is a key to healthy digestion and overall health
Factory farmed meat and poultry should be avoided
Genetically modified food should be avoided (See my blog on Why GMOs should be avoided)
Daily movement is critical to ideal system function. Together we’ll discover the best form of exercise for your body type.

Session 1: A one hour, one on one, informative crash course on the basics of nutrition and the H Lyfe approach. Here we will also review your health history and indicators to create your specific H Lyfe Method health plan.
Session 2: Here we’ll go over your specific plan that includes:
Your unique, bio-individualized identifiers, what they mean and a specific explanation on how they relate to your health
Cooking tips and specific recipes that match with your bio-individualized identifiers
Sleep and lifestyle analyzation with recommendations
Your bio-individualized food plan
Best exercises for your unique body
Additional tips, resources, advice and self-study to motivate and inspire
