With our kitchen transformation program, we’ll teach you about the most healthful foods that are right for your body in our three-hour transformation process that includes the following:

A thorough kitchen walk through, item by item including food, pots/pans, kitchen utensils/appliances, to understand what makes something a good choice or a not-so-good choice and a recommendation of what should be kept and what should be discarded.
A list of staple appliances and tools (and where to get them) to ensure healthy cooking
Preparation of discarded food items to donate to a local food bank (if desired)
Individual or family coaching with plan review, goal and benchmark setting
A recommended foods list based on the answers that result from the H Lyfe Method® family healthy eating evaluation. (Incorporates lifestyle, family genetic indicators and body typing profiles, health concerns and general likes and dislikes)
